About

Persian restaurant founded by chef Ash Famili, who has had a presence in the Atlanta food scene for nearly a decade. After traveling to Istanbul, Famili was inspired to redefine the palate by celebrating authentic Persian cuisine and introducing middle eastern flavors from his own family recipes. Yalda translates to rebirth of the sun, the longest night of the year in the Iranian calendar.
