Our Summer camp program strives to promote positive decision making, educational improvements and personal development for elementary-aged school children. Your role: Each day is different! You will have one-on-one or group interactions to assist with enrichment activities such as, reading, math, art & crafts activities, snack time, field trips and more! NEED SPANISH SPEAKING PERSON!!! Star-C Summer camp! Help with meals, snacks and assist site leaders with a variety of fun indoor and outdoor activities for elementary ages kids. Organized by Star-C Programs. Tips: Important Information After Registration: Once you have registered, please save this information: Please note: When you register to volunteer, we ask that you commit to staying for the entire duration of the program times listed. This ensures a consistent experience for the children in the program. This volunteer opportunity is for an after-school enrichment program located on-site at a community center within an apartment community. Volunteer hours will be recorded based on your sign-in and sign-out signature, which your site director will share with you on-site. Your completed volunteer hours will be updated in the Hands On Atlanta system on the Monday following your participation. Upon arrival, please check in with Ms. Aesha Henry (Program Director/Assistant) for further instructions on your volunteer duties for the day.
